1. Limited Product Warranty

Miller Warehouse, LLC warrants that products sold through shopatmiller.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Miller Tech Solutions Products

Products manufactured by Miller Tech Solutions (including the OBD-II Bluetooth Device and USB Password Assistant) carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Third-Party Products

Third-party products (such as the CH341A SPI Programmer and MacBook T2 SPI Flash Board) are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the original manufacturer where applicable.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
• Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than an authorized representative.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless damaged due to a product defect.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken ports.
• Damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the defect or issue.
• Photos or video of the issue (if applicable).

We will evaluate your claim and, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a store credit for the defective product.

4. Limitation of Warranty

THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILLER WAREHOUSE, LLC'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Certain products sold on this Site are intended for use by trained electronics technicians. Miller Warehouse, LLC expressly disclaims any liability for damage to equipment, data loss, or injury resulting from improper use of repair tools or components. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring they have the requisite knowledge and skills before using any repair equipment.

6. Software Disclaimer

Software products, including the Miller Tech Solutions OBD-II software and USB Password Assistant software, are provided "as is." Miller Warehouse, LLC does not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
